With this and the array, I mapped out the boundaries of each area ending up with this map. Then, I think the way the 3DS mapped out the GPS of each region/country is with the latitude/longitude coordinates of the capital of that region or country. Also, I speculate that the first row is for the 70°N to 80°N and the first column is for the 30°W to 20°W. With some calculations, I suspect that each item in the array spans a 10°x10° area. It just tells that the latitude values are limited to a maximum of 80° and the longitudes of each column is offset by 30° to the west. However, from my understanding of the code, it isn't very clear what are the exact coordinate ranges of each item in the RegionTable array. Among the things they found were these lines of code: It details a mapping of how the different Vivillon forms are assigned across various regions of the world. In case you missed it, last year, there has been a datamine of Sun/Moon.

So, since quarantine has given me quite a bit of free time, I got around to making this map.
Plus, there are still some holes in the old map. But, since the 3DS doesn't really have access to GPS coordinates, the old map ( ) might not be accurate to the mapping they might do in Go. I hope they do follow the mapping of the 3DS games. With Pokemon Go seeming to be close in adding Vivillon, I've been speculating how they would distribute the forms around the world.
